盛り付けの美しさが素晴らしいです☺️ 担々麺でも辛さの調節が出来るところや接客などもとても丁寧で優しいので女性でも入りやすいと思います。 僕はオスですが、このお店のサービス好きです(^-^) 個人的には鶏チャーシューがブリンとした歯ごたえで、しっとりタイプじゃないところも好みでした。 あと、このお店は鯛飯に力を入れていで、鯛出汁茶漬け用のスープも上品な美味しさでした。 ラーメンがずば抜けて美味しいと言うよりも、独創性や盛り付けに接客など加点要素が他のお店よりも多く感じました? 食欲プラス感性に対する好奇心あるあなたにはオススメです?

駅から少し歩いたところにある一風変わったメニューが多い恋し鯛さん。 鯛ラーメンはちょこちょこと見かけるが鯛×坦々麺のお店はこれまで出会った事がなく思わず入ってしまいました。 たまたまひと席空いてたので座れたましたが、ランチ時に訪れた為、店内満席で外に数組並ぶ程の人気ぶり✨ 初見なのでまずは1番人気と書かれていたランチセットA(汁あり鯛坦麺+鯛めし)を注文! 満席時で提供までの時間は10分ほどでした^^* 気になるお味ですが鯛と坦々麺の相性が最高に良いです! 味に深み・まろやかさ・鯛の香りが重なり合いかなり濃厚でありながら後味がしつこくない。 化学調味料をそんなに使ってないのかな?? トッピングのチャーシューもお肉の旨味を最大限引き立てられており、油で上げたネギ?のような物が食感にアクセントを加えてくれます! そしてもう1品の鯛めしの方はというと、のっている鯛は臭みが一切なく噛めば噛むほど感じる脂と旨みが最高で、かけられているゴマだれがさらに味を引き立ててます。 さらにさらにテーブルに置いてある「鯛めし用出汁」をかけてお茶漬けで食べるともうノックアウト? ここは是非1度足を運んで欲しいです! 以上現場のきょんきょんでした!

水道橋をぶらりとして利用。鯛担麺を頂いた。880円。スイカ使用可能。オリジナルの器には店名が入り、質感も良い。美しく盛り付けられたビジュアルは期待が高まるが、それに違わぬ完成度で美味しく頂いた。クリーミーなスープと、やはり二段チャーシューは嬉しい。

見た目もお洒落で味もばっちり鯛の出汁が効いてて美味しいです。少食の自分にはちょうどいい麺の量なので女子とかにはピッタリですが、ガッツリ食べたい人は鯛めしセットとかいいかもね。これから巨人戦を観に行く時は寄ります。

汁無し鯛担麺+鯛めしを1辛でいただきました。 最初,器の大きさに対して真ん中にしか盛り付けられておらず「少なっ」と思いましたが,帽子(ハット)型の器で底が深く十分な量ありました。 つばの部分に赤いパウダーや辛そうなタレがアーティスティックに散りばめられてて,一緒に混ぜたら辛いかな?と思いましたが,1辛であることを信じて混ぜ込んでみました。結果,たいして辛くなくこの分なら2~3辛でもいけそうに感じました。 鯛めしはそのままいただく→残った汁+だし汁をかけて茶漬けにと,ひつまぶしのような味変を楽しめてとても美味でした。

JR「水道橋駅」西口から徒歩5分ほど。三田線「水道橋駅」から9分ほどでしょうか。東京メトロ「九段下駅」徒歩7分ほど。東京メトロ・都営「神保町駅」からだと徒歩6分ほどとなります。JR「水道橋駅」からですと出口を出て、神保町方面に進むと右側にあります。 平日14:00頃伺いました。カウンター6席、テーブル4席×2程のお店です。店内半数弱の入りでした。まずは店内にはいって券売機で食券を購入します。今回は「ランチセット 〈鯛担麺 (汁あり)+ 鯛めし〉1000円」辛さは「3」でお願いしました。 約10分程で着丼となりました。とにかくビジュアルは美しい鯛担麺というオリジナルラーメンなのですが、結論から記載しますと、名前からキワモノ系かと勝手に思っていましたが、しっかりと考えられた素晴らしい逸品でした。 この鯛担麺ですが、鯛出汁と辛さをうまく融合したややドロっとした黄色いスープがとてもよいです。粉唐辛子が器の淵に散りばめており、辛味をここから増すことができます。黒いソースが何だったのか分かりませんが、とてもバランスのよいスープです。ここに大橋製麺多摩のやや加水多めで、ややウェーブのかかった中太麺はスープを良く持ち上げてくれます。具材は挽肉の玉、細切りポテト?の揚物、タイ、薄切りのハムのようなもの、柔らかいタケノコという構成です。各々主張し過ぎずに、あれ、これって!とちょっと主張するタイプの良い具材たちでした。とにかくバランスを崩しません。この鯛担麺。恐るべし完成度だと思います。 そして鯛めし。お店の食べ方だと、そのままで、その後スープを入れて、最後に出汁と書いてありましたが、私は、そのまま、出汁、最後にスープがオススメです。鯛めしと鯛出汁で是非味わって頂き、最後にスープで変化の方が良いかなと思いました。 今回3辛にしましたが、しっかり辛いのですが、辛味でスープを侵食しないこのバランス感がすごいなとおもいます。 最後に。なんか名前で損してるような気がしましたw(私のようなおじさん入りづらい。私だけ?)とにかく美味しかったので是非、夜メニュー含め是非他メニューも味わってみたいと思っています!

美味しく感じましたし、清潔感なども○なのですが、全体的に物足りなさが… この辺りは日曜営業の店も少なく、更に通し営業の店が本当に少ないので、評判が良さそうなこちらを訪問。 微妙な時間帯にも関わらず、満席のようなので、店頭の図の通りに10分ほど並びました。 辛ラーメンを美味しく食べれる程度の辛いもの好きですが、様子見で2辛、汁ありのつもりが汁なしを注文していたようです… まずここで何故満席かが判明したのですが、席数14席ほどのわりに、グループの方もお一人の方も食べ終わっているのに退席しそうになかったりと、良し悪しはさておき長居できる雰囲気?なのかなと。 私の前に並んでいた方もあまりに開かないからか、帰ってしまっていました。 上記はお店側の問題というより、客側の問題ですが、並んでいる時も退店されるお客が常連なのか必要以上に?店員さんがお客と話している姿があり、寒い中待つ身としてはあまり良いものではなかったです… 提供自体は非常に早めかなと感じます。 盛り付けもとても綺麗にされていて、いかにもおしゃれ系ラーメンといった雰囲気。 肉味噌もたっぷりですが、少し麺が少ないかな?という印象です。 肝心の辛さですが、普段から坦々麺を食べる方なら少し物足りないレベルだと思います。 鯛坦麺とのことなので、結構魚介感があるのかな?と思いましたが、思ったより感じられず…ここは期待していた部分なのでちょっと惜しかったです。 麺は絡みやすく、モチモチ食感でかなり好みですが、当初の見立て通り少なめかと思います。 この量で880円は少し高いと感じます。 もしこれで追い飯があれば、ちょうどいいのかも?とは思いますが。 全体的には良さが見出せるので、もう少しこれ!といった良さがあると通いたくなるお店になるかなと思います。
