富	富士山太郎 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2年ほど前まで使っていましたが、色々なことが重なり店舗を切り替えてもらいました。このお店では、累計5台は車を買ったと思います。マツダの苦しい時から5台買っているのですから、それなりに貢献したと思います。まず点検時間の約束が全然守られないことです。1時間と言っておきながら、2時間や3時間掛かることも。途中でこちらも状況を聞くのですが、「いまやっています」としか言わない。2時間掛かるのであれば、最初から2時間と言ってもらったほうが良い。またワンコインサービスで営業マンが洗車するのですが、この洗車が適当。これだったらしてもらわないほうが良い。次に点検の予約をやりとりしていたのですが、当日行くと完全に忘れ去られていました。こちらがメールに記録を残していたのですが、それを見せてもこちらが間違っていると言われる始末。他、サービスフロントの方の口臭がきつい。あそこまできついと、会話出来ません。おそらく胃の病気だと思うので、治療されたほうが良いでしょう。マツダのお客様相談窓口に相談し、町田市内の違うお店に変えてもらいました。そちらでは、営業マンやサービススタッフも上記のようなことはまったくなく、正直・丁寧に対応してくれています。家から近いのでここが一番良いのですが、今後使うことも無いでしょう。残念です。 We used until about two years ago, but various things overlapped and had you change store. H	H N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ アクセラに乗ってます。実際に店舗を利用している訳では無いのですが、通勤で前の道を通ります。たまたまかも知れませんが、店舗前でゆっくり進んでいる時に掃き掃除をしていた男性社員の方が会釈をしてくれました。仕事前で憂鬱でしたが、何だかちょっとホッコリしました。 I'm on the Axela.
