佐	佐藤明（あきら） on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 二度とマツダ車の購入はしないと決めさせてくれた素晴らしい店舗。以前購入しFD3S、運転席側ドアのキーのみ別キーだったので確認したところ、シリンダーにイタズラされのでシリンダーのみ交換したとの申告。運転席側ドアの閉まりも悪いので確認するも、この種の車両はこんなものとのこと。アライメントも狂っているので、納車前に調整を頼むも別料金って。年数乗るうちに右側ドアとフェンダーのみ、塗装色が周りに比べ綺麗なことで、交換されて居ると判明。詐称情報を顧客に普通に伝えて購入させる店舗。購入後もエアコンが効かなくなったので、見積依頼するも見積すら有償との回答。ここの店舗で購入してるのに？？顧客センターに問い合わせたら直ぐさま謝罪と見積をさせてほしいとの連絡。売り上げの為なら、サービスよりも顧客を騙すことを優先する店舗です。車両購入の際は、十分に十分に検討することをお勧めします。 A wonderful store that made me decide not to buy a Mazda car again.
