リコール対応で朝10時に予約。9:55に店につきは入ろうとしたら10時開店なのでと断られた。それはそうかと思い10時入店したがそこから対応開始まで10分以上待たされ、自分達の時間は守らせるくせにお客さんとの時間は守らないんだなという印象を受けた。 また、ナビのトラブル(不良)で平日土日いつでも良いからなる早で見てもらいたいと電話したところ1週間先の日程を提示され、それでは困るので閉店後の時間や隙間時間で車を預けるのでその1週間先に結果を聞けないか?など交渉するも断られる。挙句、別の店なら予定が空いてるかもなどと言われマツダ側の瑕疵なのだから他店舗に連絡して予定調整してと伝えたが断られた。 どちらもマツダ側の瑕疵なのにこの対応はどうなんでしょうか?販売店だから売上に繋がらないサービスや修理には消極的なのでしょうか?それとも少しの時間も割けないほどマツダって爆売れ大繁盛してるんですかね? ちなみにナビのトラブルの方は成城店に電話したところ即日相談可能と言われ着いて1時間で原因まで究明してくれました。すごい対応の違いだなと思いました。
