Large and clean showroom. Used cars are stocked on the second floor of the building. Comfortable space and proper correspondence. A dealership where you can see that Mazda is heading for a luxury route.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オンラインの試乗予約フォームより予約。翌営業日には今回担当となる方からメール連絡が入る。文面は丁寧で感じがよい。内容は「当日は私が案内させていただきます」とのこと。しかし、実際に伺うと別の担当者が出てくる。本来の担当者は席を外しているとのこと。店に訪問する30分前くらいまではその方と普通に連絡を取り合って、よろしくお願いします、と言っていたのに。結局、別の担当の方との試乗と接客、かれこれ3時間くらいかかったけど、本来の担当者は一度も顔を出さず。席を外している理由も説明なし。そして誰からも特に後日の連絡なし。車自体はデザインセンスが抜群によいと感じたし、乗り心地も悪くなかったのに残念。高額な買い物であるが故に、人の印象も大切なんだと感じました。
なお、店自体は試乗車が豊富にあり、建物の内装・外装はとてもキレイでGood.

I felt that the car itself had an outstanding design sense, and it was a pity that the ride was not bad. I felt that people's impressions are also important because it is an expensive purchase.
The store itself has a lot of test rides, and the interior and exterior of the building are very beautiful and good.

試乗するのにも時間は掛からずスムーズに乗れたので良かったです。
営業さんも聞き上手で、気持ち良くコミュニケーションが取れました。
今回は簡単な見積りだけでしたが、今後の対応も安心できそうです。
