人気がある店舗らしく、緊急性の少ないメンテナンスの予約が中々取れなかったりする事があるので☆１ﾏｲﾅｽ

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新車購入半年で故障し、事前の電話の後こちらの店頭に持っていったところ受付はしていただきましたが、店頭での対応が最悪でした。
今代車の手配は可能なのか、修理期間が長引けば生活に困るので代車の手配はして頂けるのか、聞いても見下した態度で見てみないとわからないの一辺倒で、面倒事を見てやってるんだから、真夏だったのに帰りは歩きかバスでさっさと帰れという雰囲気でした。
まずあの対応だと修理期間が確定したら連絡が来るのか、長期間の場合だと代車を手配してくれるのか、さっぱりわかりません。
代金周りも不透明でしたし。
全く連絡が無いまま数ヶ月後に急に修理終わりましたと連絡が来そうです。
別の方ですが購入時の営業の方は対応がよく車も半年間お値段の割に良いパフォーマンスだっただけにこのお店の今回の年配の方の対応は非常に残念です... 。
これでは良い車を作っても、生活に役立たなければ又故障してもフォローがなってなければ、今の時代メーカーごと廃れてしまうと思います。

後付けできるディーラーオプションの見積もりをお願いしたら、見当違いの値段を言われ門前払い。（カタログすら面倒くさがってみない）
商品の値段や工賃等、ある程度調べてから電話してると言うのに、客を舐めてるのではないだろうか。
楽しいカーライフが最悪になりそうなので、他の店舗に行かせていただきます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車のキーの電池交換の為飛び込みで訪れたのですが、どのスタッフも皆礼儀正しく丁寧で、帰りの道を訪ねると親切に案内してくれました。大変居心地がいい店舗です。
