r	raragi A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 長年、かかりつけとして通院しておりましたが、不当な扱いを受け、説明を求めたところ、診療拒否されました。適切な説明を受けたいと思いましたが、医者としてはおろか、人としてあるまじき暴言を吐かれ、電話は一方的に切られました。これからもかかりつけとして通院したい旨を伝えておりますが、着信拒否をされた上に暴言をはかれ、精神的苦痛を与えられました。これ以上、不幸な思いをする方がいないよう口コミとして投稿させていただきました。 I used to go to the hospital as a family member for many years, I was treated unfairly and asked for an explanation, but I was refused medical treatment. ケ	ケンイチ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 星1つもつけたくない医院です。もう何年か前ですが、子供の喘息の発作が出たので、こちら少し遅い時間まで受付していたので妻と子供で行きました。しかしながら、受付終了時間少し前だったのに今日は早仕舞いと追い返されました。ホームページに休診日などは告知されるのですがこの日のことはなにもありませんでした。おかげで子供の喘息の発作も悪化し、救急に行く羽目になりました。納得いかなかったので、あとで電話で問い合わせたところ、学会があったので早く閉めたとのこと。そんな夜から始まる学会なんてあるんですかね、、、その時電話に出たのは、コンタクト処方をする時に視力検査をする助手と思しき男性。院長に代われと言っても一切取り次がず、こちらの名前は聞いても自分は名乗らず。いつなら院長が話せるのかと聞いた休憩時間にかければ今度は電話は一切出ない。ひどい対応を受けました。最近は暴言も吐くようになったようだし、行かないほうがいい病院です。 ※以前、診察を受けたときに見たのだが、院長の机のパソコンをリモートデスクトップで別な人間が操作してコンタクトの処方箋を作成していた。違法だったんじゃないだろうか。。 It is a clinic that I do not want to have even one star.
