タバコの害について、禁煙について、採血結果からのその他病気について、統計や具体的な数値を見せてもらいながら1時間以上も説明やアドバイスを頂きました。非常に分かりやすく、また持論を交えながらの的確なアドバイスを教授してもらい、禁煙やその他健康に対しての意欲がかなり出ました。
アメリカの禁煙方法についての本の訳著をし、それを要約した冊子をもらえたこともあり、診察も素晴らしかったので、偉い方なのかなと思っていましたが、あとで調べたらなんと東葛クリニックグループの理事長で、過去に様々な活動をされている方でした。権威のある方に診察してもらえて、非常に光栄に思いました。
これからの禁煙、頑張ります。
五回目の最終通院も終わり、薬も飲まなくなりました。
約半年経ちましたが、禁煙は継続できています。感謝。
