体調が悪くなった際はまた行きたいと思う病院です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前にPCR検査をしていただきました。娘が気管支喘息の持病があり微熱&咳の症状が出てるのでPCR検査をしてもらえないか問い合わせの電話をしました。返ってきた答えが「その熱で辛いんですか？」「風邪ひいてるなら免疫が落ちてるし家に居る方が安全なのでは？」コロナ禍で病院も大変なのは承知の上ですがあまりにも酷い対応だと思います。
I had a PCR test before. My daughter has bronchial asthma and has low-grade fever and coughing symptoms, so I called to inquire if she could have a PCR test. The answer I got back was, "Is that fever painful?" "If you have a cold, your immunity is weak and it's safer to stay at home." I think.

先生や看護師さんはとても優しく、この時期にも関わらずしっかりとみてくださり、とても大好きな病院です。
The receptionist is ... I don't really like salt.
The teachers and nurses are very kind, and despite this time of year, they look closely at me, and I love this hospital very much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1人だけとても感じの悪い看護師さんがいます。近所でも噂になる程です。
17:00以降にかかると重病の子供に対しても人として疑うような態度をとります。
ただ他の看護師さんは優しくフォローをしてくれますし、院長先生も親身になって話を聞いてくれるので良い病院です。今後は意地悪な看護師さんの居ない時間帯を狙って行きたいです。

If it takes after 17:00, even a seriously ill child will be suspicious as a person.
However, it is a good hospital because other nurses kindly follow me and the director also listens to me in a friendly manner. In the future, I would like to aim for a time when there are no mean nurses.

自分の気分で患者に対してすごい態度をとります。子供が横にいてもお構いなし。キツイ顔で睨みつけたり、感じの悪い口調、大きな音をたてたり、最悪です。人としてどうかと思います。
近所の噂になってますよ。
先生や、他の看護師はとてもいい人です。
受付は病院の顔ですよ。
改善して下さい。
