達	達也 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日夕方に来店。注文を伝えると中々聞き取れない模様で、 3回も言い直し。揚げ物を取ろうとしたが、、、何時揚げたの？この商品。少しは気を使わないと！せめてフタをして置くか、只今の時間はご注意頂いてから揚げたてをご用意します！みたいなクレジットでも置けば？完全にいなり寿司もカピカピだった。持ち帰りコーナーは揚げたてを並べていたが。席は使用感が多く、汚れが目立つ。テーブル拭きたくてもダスターもカピカピと汚れていた。客席から何となく見た所、作る人がそのまま会計、手を洗わず又作る、、、一気に食欲を無くす。もう利用する事は無いし、他の人にもお勧めはしない。 I came to the store the other evening. に	にゃんこわん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつも活気があり良いお店です！土日の昼時などお店の外まで並ぶくらい混んでることがありますが、そんな時でも接客のクオリティが変わらず凄いなと思います。店内はまあ綺麗とは言えませんが、チェーン店はどこもこんなものかなという感じです。特に嫌な思いをしたことはありません。リニューアルでどうなるのか楽しみです(^^) It's always a lively and good shop! 海	海野久美 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ リニューアルオープンしてまだ1ヶ月も経ってないのにキレイな感じは無かった。使っているものは以前のままなのだろうが、トレーはペタペタして濡れていて、湯飲みもコップも中に汚れが付いていた。注文するところ(入口)にトレーと天ぷらを乗せる皿が置いてあり、進んでから天ぷらを取ろうとするとそこに皿は無い。テーブルや椅子にも天かす等ゴミが落ちている。従業員は充分居るように思えたが皆、厨房に居てフロアーのには誰も出てこない。テーブルを拭いている様には思えなかった。下膳口には食器がいっぱいだった。 It's been less than a month since the reopening, but it didn't feel beautiful.
