The toilet and washbasin are shared, but since it is an inn with only 4 rooms, there is little conflict with other people, and the distance from the rooms is short, so I didn't feel inconvenienced. I think that the tatami mats in the corridor also reduce the resistance to going out of the room. There is a shower / toilet, but it was a little disappointing that the toilet itself was not heated and it was cold and calm and I couldn't use it slowly.
