The fabric is moist. (It's not a dough that uses baking powder) It's a traditional steamed bun. I went to buy it because I wanted to give Hina-sama Japanese sweets for spring. What a iga manju! Also the okoshimono! Iga Manju is a manju. I don't have a photo, but I bought Ichigo Daifuku. Strawberries are sweet! I am amazed at the sweetness of the strawberries that is as good as the bean paste. Everything was delicious!
