金	金ゴリ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 紹介求人なのか派遣なのかよくわからないがこちらの会社所属になる仕事を紹介していただきました。応募からすぐ面談などはしていただきましたが、その後待てど暮らせど返答も進捗もなく放置、途中電話は来ましたが引き続き就業の意思があるかどうかのあいまいな確認だけで先方がいつ空いていて、いつそちらと面談をするかの具体的な話などはまったくなかったです。 2～3週間程度進展もなく先の企業の名前だけは伺っていたので、直接伺いましたところ担当の人よりいきなり連絡が来ました。ルールを冒すなといった内容でしたが、ルールを冒す云々の前にそちらの仕事をしっかりとしてください。経過報告ですらできない人の何がルールですか。求人を紹介される側ですがこちらもお客の立場でもあります、途中からなれなれしくため口で話してきたりと節々で不愉快な点が多く辟易いたしました。相手先企業に先立って無礼があったとの話もありましたが、現時点でこちらは特に何も関係がありません、自分たちだけの体裁を気にして仕事をしている時点で仕事を紹介するという業務を全うできるとは思いません、よってこちら★すらつけたくありませんが下記しるしさせていただきました。 I'm not sure if it's a job offer or a dispatch, but I was introduced to a job that belongs to this company.
