小	小宮ヒデ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 対応は非常に非常に悪いです。ライトな感じで、ほぼ上から目線できます。修理の相談中に、お店に電話がかかってきたのですが、「うちは、うちは修理の予約とんないんで、来た順すから｣ガチャン！という感じでした。そして、テキトーにガチャガチャやられ、難しかったみたいで、うちはムリっすわ。といわれ、持って来た時よりも酷い状態になりました。（結局修理されませんでした）でも、一応、部品交換出来ますかね？の相談したところ、二週間以上かかりますよコレは。と言われ、会話中、言われた部品をAmazonで検索したところ、翌日配達可能でした。無理なら、無理で良いのですが、その後の会話は「買った店に持っていけ｣しか言われませんでした。　渋谷なので、オラオラ商売になるのは仕方ないですが、二度と行きたくないお店です。この店に持って行くくらいなら、YouTubeで調べて自分で修理したほうが確実だと思いますので Correspondence is very very bad. S	Sru D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ パンク修理に行った。「中見てみないとわからないが、パンクなら1500円、チューブ交換なら4000円、タイヤ交換なら7000円。修理せず確認だけなら作業料として880円」と言われ、この時点で嫌な予感がしたが、とりまお願いする。翌日昼には終わってるといわれ行ったら、「タイヤがだめになっていたので交換した。ほらチューブもざっくりいってるでしょ？タイヤもここのところが切れてるでしょ？　あれ？・・・いや、使い古されてヤスリ状になってるから変えなきゃダメだから変えた」などという・・。自転車は比較的新しいもので、タイヤも全然すり減っていない。5年以上のった自転車でもタイヤ交換なんてしたことない。経営不振の自転車屋が修理費を上乗せするために偽装工作してるとしか思えない。言いっぷりもがさつというか、強引で感じ悪く、罪悪感を感じながらやってるから客対応も悪くなるんだと思う。二度とこの店は使わないが、snsの時代にこんなアコギなことやってやっていけるんだろうか。。 I went to repair a flat tire. J	Jackson Lo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a Creme Cycle from this shop for ¥32000–which seems* like a bargain, but when they delivered it (a month later, which they did warn) the bicycle didn’t include everything that the bike was displayed as—namely a Brooks saddle bag...which is sort of deceptive. They probably think because I was foreign that hey could conveniently ‘forget’ to give it and go through the hassle of me ‘asking’ for it...what they don’t know is that I grew up here and am not stupid. ...I went back to the store, saw the bag displayed on another bike. It’s okay, when a massive earthquake strikes your shop—karma will strike. Unfortunately, I don’t believe in such a thing and will take direct action. You just don’t know when. For now, I recommend being careful from nefarious business that are simply franchises. Not to be trusted.
