★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ロッカールームの大きさ、シャワー数とスタジオの大きさのバランスが取れてない。
特にロッカーは混みすぎてて、着替えにくくてストレス。
スタジオ大きいからこそ、トレーナーが見えなくてポーズがわからず困る。誘導がうまいわけでもないし。
動線も良くなくて、あちこちに渋滞や人溜まりができてて辛い
 The size of the locker room, the number of showers and the size of the studio are not balanced.
Especially the lockers are too crowded and it is difficult to change clothes and it is stressful.
Because the studio is big, I can't see the trainer and I can't understand the pose. The guidance is not good either.
The flow line is not good, and it is painful because there are traffic jams and crowds here and there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to visit lava and I was really disappointed by the staff. Foreigner are not welcome... if you can't understand and read Japanese you can't join Lava hot yoga studio. I wonder if is just this particular Lava studio so bad or if there is a discrimination policy among Lava
