大手の教室だと人が大勢いそうでなんとなく気が引けていたんですが、こちらは少人数制ですし、入会金や年会費もかからず都度払いなので自分のペースで通えると思います！
先生も明るく気さくで、初めて予約した時は何度か温かいメールを頂き、緊張せずに行くことができました(*^^*)
日常で感じるちょっとした不調なんかも相談に乗ってくれます！これからも自分のペースを大事に通いたいと思います！

The teacher was cheerful and friendly, and when I first booked, I received several warm emails and was able to go without tension (* ^^ *)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ヨガ初体験です。参加者全員の今日のコンディションを聞き取り、一言づつアドバイスしてからレッスンが始まりました。初心者の私を気遣って見やすい場所に移動してポーズをとってくれるなど、きめ細かくご対応くださいました。言葉がけ一つ一つが分かりやすく的確で、初めてでもどこを意識すればよいかすぐにイメージできました。何より、沙織さんの弾けるようなキュートさと明るさに元気をいただきました！ 続けたいと思います。
This is my first yoga experience. The lesson started after listening to all the participants' conditions today and giving advice one by one. He took care of me as a beginner, moved to a place that was easy to see, and took a pose. Each word was easy to understand and accurate, and I could immediately imagine where to be aware even for the first time. Above all, I was energized by Saori's cuteness and brightness! I would like to continue.
