★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the staff was pretty rude, was just asking if they serve hot chocolate for the meal instead of coffee (was with 2 young child), the staff seemed to be annoyed by my question and replied “No!!! No!!!!”.. we were being polite all the time, wasn’t expecting such respond, should have gone to the Starbucks next door.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty standard McDonald’s but really good location. Thy have several floors and usually have ample space regardless of what time you visit. They sometimes have some English speaking staff as well if you are worried about that sort of thing.
One reason it’s worth going to is that you can get the special seasonal McDonald’s items that are only available in Japan and sometimes can get a decent view to eat from if you are able to get a counter seat on street level.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location for take out to bring back to the hotel room. Standard McDonald's quality and friendly service, our cashier actually assisted us in finding the kids meal toy we wanted by feeling out each package as they are all sealed, he definitely went above and beyond, thank you sir!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, I am not too fan of McDonald’s but I had not choice to eat here. Worst decision ever. This was the worst food I had eaten in a long time. It was disgusting and disappointed that I barely ate anything. My daughter didn’t like it as well and she loves McDonald’s except this location. You should avoid this place and save your money. Lawson or 7 Eleven’s food way better than this.
