The customer service of the clerk was also polite, and the lectures on the colors and patterns and how to use them were also very good!
z	zen aoki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 数年前から風呂敷の利便性やこのお店のデザインの素晴らしさに気づき、行くようになりました。風呂敷自体は丈夫なので、そこまで買い替える必要はないかもしれませんが、やはり新しいデザインの風呂敷があると欲しくなってしまいますね。(もったいないから過剰な購入はしていませんけれど…) 個人的には撥水性のある風呂敷が便利です。昨今のレジ袋の削減やSDGsの話題などから、風呂敷自体が本当によい良い商品であることを再確認することができました。このような時代だからこそ、使い捨てでない昔ながらのものの良さを多くの方に知っていただきたいです。 For several years, I realized the convenience of the furoshiki and the wonderful design of this shop, and started to go there. The furoshiki itself is durable, so you may not need to buy a new one, but you will want a new design of the furoshiki. (I haven't bought too much because it's a waste ...) Personally, a water-repellent furoshiki is convenient. From the recent reduction of plastic shopping bags and the topic of SDGs, I was able to reconfirm that the furoshiki itself is a really good product. Because of this era, I would like many people to know the goodness of old-fashioned things that are not disposable.

These furoshiki are beautiful and made in excellent quality, so they're a little on the expensive side. I paid 3,800 yen plus tax for one over 100cm (large size), but there were cheaper ones in the large size too. I can't wait to use mine! Only wish I bought more!

You can use it for packing presents nicely, wrapping stuff or knot a shopping bag easily. The staff was very friendly and spend a lot of time to show how to wrap Furoshiki. I can recommend this shop for everyone who is in Kyoto and interested in japanese tradition.

I’ve lived in Kyoto do a while, but just recently went in with some coworkers in search of a suitable sayonara present for another coworker. The variety of choices are almost overwhelming. The staff was very helpful, and the gift was a HUGE hit! I will definitely buy from here again!
