ウォーキングがてら食べてみたかったので残念

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 僕が唯一坂出で知ってるうどん屋さんの柏原。以前、友達に連れられて来て以来、僕の中では「うどんと言えば柏原」となってます。
前回訪ねて来た時には、長く休まれてるようで心配したのですが、今回フラリと寄ってみると営業中。「田舎っぺ」で二杯、「いきいきうどん」で一杯食べた後ですが、躊躇なく入店。
以前あった店隣の自販機が無くなっていましたが、おじさんの変わらぬ笑顔に感動。いつもの「かやくうどん」をお願いし一気に完食。ワカメとおアゲ、そして薄いカマボコが乗っただけの、至ってシンプルなかやくうどんなんですが、これで良いのだ。
場所的にとてもわかり難く、まず一見の観光客なら来ないお店。市民ホールの裏手の路地で、ひっそりと営まれている柏原さんですが、町の廃れ具合に哀愁を感じる町「坂出」同様、末永く営んで頂きたいです。ごちそうさまでした。
Kashiwabara of a noodle shop that I am the only one in Sakaide. Ever since I was brought to my friends, I became "Kabushiwara when I speak of udon".
When I visited last time, I was worried that I was absent for a long time, but when I try to go back to Flari this time I am in business. Two cups in "Country Pen", after eating a cup of "Ikutaki Udon", I entered without hesitation.
The vending machines next to the store that was there before was missing, but I was impressed by the unchanging smile of my uncle. I asked for usual "Kayakudon" and finished at a stretch. Wakame and awkward, and thin boiled rice, it is simple udon noodles very much, but this is good.
It is very difficult to locate in a place, it is a shop where visitors of first glance can not come. Kashiwabara is secretly running in the alley behind the citizen hall, but I would like you to run forever as well as the town "Sakaide" that feels melancholy in the scene of the town. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 近所のうどん屋さんって感じでした。愛想の良さそうなおじいさんが一人てやってました。麺も出汁もいたって普通でした。生姜は頼まないと入れてくれません。入口に本日のおすすめが書いて有りました。
It was like a udon restaurant in the neighborhood. There was one grandfather who seemed to be amiable. The noodles and soup stock were very normal. If you don't ask for ginger, you won't be able to put it in. Today's recommendation was written at the entrance.
