Arrived at Higashi-Koganei Station. It is said that there is a shop in nonowa, which is directly connected to the station, so when I get off the nonowa exit, I can't find the shop. If you calm down and check the FLOOR MAP, it seems that you are on your right after exiting the north exit instead of the nonowa exit. You have to check the location carefully. When I arrived at 11:40, there was no line in front of the store, but there were two sets of customers in the store. Check the menu at the ticket machine. Naturally, I was thinking of choosing soy sauce ramen, but I can only see the characters of Boshiramen. I ate soy sauce both last time and two times before, so I chose Niboshi Ramen because I decided to go there this time. A is normal (900 yen) and B is extra meat (1000 yen), so select B. The inside of the store is a very spacious space. There are counter seats and table seats, so even families can enjoy ramen with peace of mind. By the way, there are terrace seats, so it's fun to eat outside when the weather is nice. There are 4-5 clerk, and it seems that there are many young people, and they greet and guide in a loud voice. After a while, Niboshi Ramen arrived. At first glance, I noticed something I didn't like. I was expecting that flat noodles that were fluffy when I was talking about Kujira Shokudo, but they are ordinary straight noodles. If you look at the salt ramen with your companion sitting next to you, you will find piro-piro noodles. Well, was the limited Niboshi Ramen ordinary noodles? Is it a failure? First of all, soup. The taste of dried sardines spreads slowly in your mouth, but you can also feel the strength of the sardines. Is it an old style? These days, it's not a spicy sardine ramen, but on the contrary, it has a fresh taste. The noodles are straight medium-thick noodles with a smooth texture that is quite enjoyable. Is it about 150g in quantity? The ingredients are a simple composition such as large char siu, green onion, naruto, shredded menma, and glue. The char siu is moist and you can feel the taste of the meat. There are also two large ones, so it's also worth eating. By the way, when I ate about half of it, I exchanged it for salt wonton noodles. It wouldn't be nice if the piro-piro noodles went wild in the mouth and were fun. I don't really like the salty taste, but I think it's light and the taste is quite strong. Also, wonton is nice to feel the taste of ginger and minced meat. Return to Niboshi Ramen and finish the noodles and soup for a feast.

Shio ramen with a hint of yuzu. Noodles are really wonderful here. Unique. My only complaint is that chasu is not warm.

Noodles are amazing and chewy and have a wonderful texture. Best noodles you'll find in Koganei. The chashu is super flavorful and delicious. Broth is really good as well. You have the option to add some of your own toppings and customize the bowl to your liking. I personally would recommend the tsukemen in warm summer hours.

Probably one of the best tsukemen restaurants I've ever been to. They incorporate both a fish and chicken stock broth to their soup which pairs perfectly with their homemade noodles. You can watch as they prepare your bowl, but because of the water content and density of the noodles, they almost tenderize the noodles before boiling them. As a result you end with an amazingly chewy noodle. Highly recommend, worth every bit of the train ride from central Tokyo!

This place is conveniently located just outside the Higashi Koganei-Shi JR station. Like many ramen restaurants, the seating is pretty limited, musically just at the bar and six seats at a table. Fortunately the table is setup so that it can be used by more than one group. Like most ramen restaurants in Japan, you purchase your ramen ticket from a vending machine, then hand it to the shop attendant. The ramen was server petty quickly and it was very hot. The age-tama (egg) was perfectly cooked, as was the pork loin. The broth was very slightly oily, but not over powering. The flavor of the broth was very pleasant. The noodles were a bit unusual, sort of like western egg noodles, but thinner. They were actually very nice. As we were looking to have ramen before we left from Japan, I’m glad that this place was recommended.
