昼時間のみの営業のため、なかなかタイミングがあわなかったのですが、やっと訪問できました。以前から口コミをみていたので、期待していましたが、全く裏切らないラーメンでした。時間の融通がきけば、最高ですが、それは贅沢です。そのくらい、おいしかったです。
It was open only during the daytime, so I couldn't get the timing right, but I was finally able to visit. I've been watching word of mouth for a long time, so I was expecting it, but it was a ramen that wouldn't betray me at all. It's great if you have the flexibility of time, but it's a luxury. It was so delicious.

開店11:00と同時に訪問。 第一陣でカウンターはほぼ満席でした。 前回、つけ麺をオーダーしましたが写真がぶれてUPできなかったのと、ほとんどの皆さん得ラーメンを食べられてたので本日は得ラーメンを注文。 得ラーメンは、チャーシュー2枚追加、煮卵、メンマ増量されます。 つけ麺でも味わいましたが、魚介系スープがとても美味いです。メンマも柔らかく、チャーシューはホロホロ崩れるくらいトロットロで具材も美味しく味わえました。 お店の雰囲気も静かでラーメンに集中できますw 店主と女性(奥様?)も、寡黙な中に笑顔もあり印象が良く流行るのもわかる気がしました。 アクリル板はありませんが、席を間引き、アルコールも常備で感染対策も万全で安心できます。 ご馳走さまでした♪

The menma was also soft, and the char siu was so sloppy that it crumbled and the ingredients were delicious. The atmosphere of the shop is quiet and you can concentrate on ramen w The shopkeeper and the woman (wife?) Also had a smile in their silence, and I felt that they had a good impression and became popular. どうしてここまで並ぶのかがわからないという主観を述べておきます。 理由は至って普通でどこでも食べれる味 麺はもちもちで美味しい だけどたまに麺と麺くっついてるから良さ半減 チャーシューはほろほろで美味しい。けど薄い。 一番問題なのはスープの味の薄さ 並 中 大と料金によって麺の多さを変えられるのだが、それによって麺に絡んだ水分がスープと混じり薄くなるのは仕方ないが、私が頼んだのは中盛りだ。5人中3人は薄いと判断すると思う。 ラーメン屋でスープの味が薄いのは問題であろう よってこの評価

吉祥寺に行きすがら〜 ラーメン食べたい!で検索、ヒットしたのがこちら。 かなりの高評価で期待値大で伺いました。 ランチタイムは少し過ぎた13時半、先客3名。 10分経たないうちに案内されました。 とても暑い日で、ラーメン、、、とも思ったけど、どうにも熱々のものを食べたい気になれず「つけ麺」を注文。 先に注文、支払いなので、席に着いたらわりと早く提供されて〜 キラキラした中太麺でいかにも美味しそう。 早速一口〜 うっ、甘い。。。 そうだった、、、 暑さのせいでうっかりつけ麺を頼んでしまったけど、つけ麺ってかなりの確率で「甘い」事がしばしばある事を忘れていた(涙) 卓上に置いてある「酢」と「唐辛子」で味変を試みるも、甘さが追いかけてくる。。。 麺はシコシコ、ツルツルでとても美味しい麺だったし、チャーシューもホロホロトロける感じが良かっただけに漬け汁が甘くて個人的にはとても残念。 とはいえ、店主の方も奥様?もラーメン屋さんとは思えない位の丁寧な接客でこちらも好感度高い。 次回はラーメンを食べに伺います。 ご馳走様でした!

一見濃厚な感じを受けるスープは旨味はそこそこも、見た目の違ってサラリとしていて、その為か魚粉の粉っぽさも感じるものです。 麺は弾力の中太麺で喉越しの良いものですが、つけ麺向けの麺なのでしょうか、短かったりもして、サラリとしたスープとの絡みはさほどでなくでした。

年末年始は1230-0103お休みだそうです。 【20.12初訪問】 月曜日12時過ぎに訪問して、店外並び6名程でした。入店~着丼前に会計の前金制です。 ●得らーめん 900円 スープ;薄く茶色に濁った魚介豚骨醤油。飲んだ瞬間はあっさりですが、喉で魚粉のざらつきを感じるくらい、後から魚介や節の旨味、塩味がきました。朝飲むお味噌汁のような、インパクトこそそこまでないものの、どんどん飲んでしまうスープです。 特に好きだったのは麺とチャーシュー。 麺はのど越しという言葉が相応しい、少し柔らかめに茹でられたツルツルの中太ストレート麺。ホントにツルツルなんです。 チャーシューはほんのり味がついて、肉の繊維が感じられつつも柔らかさが絶妙な仕上げ具合。“得”トッピングでないとチャーシューは増やせないのでチャーシュー好きの方は必須トッピングです。 ラーメンの価格がインフレしてきている中で、ここの得らーめんは本当にお得です。 近くの「みたか」と、ほっとした一杯を食べたい時にどちらに行くべきか、また悩む選択肢ができてしまいました。

10年以上前に知人に勧められていて、ついに行くことができました。 平日13時頃訪問。 行列は6人。 20分程度の待ち。 ラーメンかつけ麺にするかギリギリまで悩みました。 最終的につけ麺にしました。 とても美味しかったです。 つけ汁の味がしっかりしており、メンマなど絡めて麺と一緒に食べると口の中で、なんともいい塩梅に混ざります。 凄く計算されているんだろうと関心しました。(メンマの味付けもよかったです) 麺完食後も、美味しいつけ汁をすすってました。 ただ、味が強すぎるので、割りスープほしいと思いました。 他に頼んでいる人がいなかったので、ないのかと?思ってしまいましたが実際はどうだったんだろう? そこを後悔してます。 次回はちゃんと割りスープあるか?聞こう。

Nice little hole in the wall. The ramen is really good, though the portion size is a bit small. If you're really hungry get the abura soba with some toppings. Friendly staff.
