K	K M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 確定申告時期になると混むのは仕方ないとしても、毎年、高齢者の多くが、毎年同じような質問をしているのが聞こえます。しかも、受付で対応できないことばかりです。これではお年寄りや理解の低い人たちで行列ができてしまいます。対策として、「よくある質問」の立札や掲示板を作り、アナウンスなどを流すといった工夫をしてほしいと思います。本当に受付で対応を必要としている人を助けてください。受付の人も楽になるはずですし、毎年毎年ぼけーっと同じことの繰り返しをせず、もっと頭を使ってほしいものです。 Even though it can't be helped when it comes to tax returns, I hear many older people ask similar questions each year. Moreover, there are many things that the reception desk cannot handle. This creates a queue for the elderly and people with low understanding. As a countermeasure, I would like you to make a device such as making a "common question" billboard or bulletin board and playing announcements. Please help those who really need help at the reception. The people at the reception should be comfortable, and I want people to use their minds rather than repeating the same thing every year.
