Process was very quick and the staff member at the counter was very patient, calm and clear with what was required. If you complete the online submission and arrive with your paperwork prepared then it is all a lot easier than what I was expecting to go through. There is no foreign language support available at this location but as I mention if you complete the submission online then you will be gently guided through having the forms checked, stamped then sent on your way very quickly again.
