★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst Shimachu I have ever been to and the worst shop in Japan, there are products there are available in other shimachu stores but not in this one.
The staff is very incompetent, same as the Manager, they should close this store and fire them all.
It is unbelievable how they are slow and they don't know prices, where products are located or even what they sell...I am really surprised that they are still open..waste of money for the Company...
If you have to go to a proper shimachu , go to the Nakano one.
