It's very speedy and does the right job. Many people who look up on the internet are already stuck because they don't know what to do, but they can handle it even at night and they are wonderful tax accountants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ３月に確定申告をお願いしました。何カ月たっても連絡なし。連絡を入れたところ、返答もなかなかもらえず、５月末までまっていただきたいとメール１本のみ。５月末になっても連絡なし。６月１日確定申告されず書類のみが戻ってきました。できないならできないで早く返送するか、断るのが普通だと思いますが、税理士さんの無責任さに愕然としました。体調不良なら何故、こちらから連絡した時点で説明がなかったのでしょうか。不信感がつのるばかりです。
I asked for a tax return in March. There is no contact after months. When I made a report, I received no response, and I received only one e-mail when I asked for it until the end of May. There is no notification even at the end of May. June 1st, only the documents are returned without being filed. I think that it is normal to return it early or refuse it if it can not be done, but I was stunned by the irresponsibility of the tax accountant. If you are in poor health why did not explain when contacting from here? There is only a sense of distrust.
