い	いぬ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話対応が全く出来てません。長嶋という職員です。まず話を最後まで聞かずに被せてくる、その割に内容を理解していない、日本語がおかしくこちら側に正しく伝わらない(こっちが意図をくみ取って聞き返さなくてはならない)、要件がまとまってない、電話相手に軽くキレる。国民相手にしてる行政機関なんだから電話研修くらいして欲しいです。他の方も同じ部分で低評価なのではないでしょうか？しっかりとした改善を求めます。
