★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 商品良し悪し以前の問題で、床用ニスや家具用ニスの商品について問い合わせしたところムラオカという女性に「ニスは床に塗るものではない、塗料を塗ってる家具にニスを使うならペンキを全て剥がさないと塗れない」などの意味不明な案内をキレた口調でまくし立てられました。
では何故床用ニスや家具用ニスを販売しているのか？と聞くと、「知りません！お客様相談室にでも言えばいい！」と言われたのでかけ直したところ誤案内であったとわかる。
経営者の親族か何か知らないが自社製品も理解せず横柄な対応をするのはいかがなものかと。塗料の大手と思っていたけど商店以下の対応に今後アサヒペンを買うのはやめようと本当に思った。
