ブラック企業を体験したいという方以外は関わらない方がいい。逆にこの会社で耐えられるなら大抵の会社でも問題無くやっていける。 自分は秀インターワン時代にハローワーク経由で入社。 面接時は感じの良い方が担当していて、求人情報通りの内容で採用してもらい、大阪梅田の某居酒屋に配属。 当初は研修してから配属の筈でしたが、事情によりすぐ来てほしいとの事で仕事開始。 それが間違いでした。 他の飲食店で働いてましたが、研修無しので右も左もわからないのにまともに教えてもらえず、質問したら嫌そうに答えられ、先輩や上司の気に入らない事があれば言い分も聞いてもらえず怒られて、週休2日という事だったのに2週間休み無し。 そして実働8時間の契約でしたが、実際には昼の12時頃から夜中の12〜1時頃まで働いて休憩が1時間あるかないか。 それで残業代が出ればまだ良かったんですが、出退勤が指紋認証という事で安心してたら、勤務時間が13時間とかでも、5時間休憩した事に改ざんされて実働8時間にされており、さらに求人時の給料より2万円近く低くされていた。 早番、遅番の交代制のはずだったのに実際にはフル稼働させられ、勤務時間の改ざんでサービス残業。給料は引き下げ。本部に電話しても現場の事は店長に任せてるからわからない。と言われ、店長に聞いても契約内容は本部に聞いてくれ。言われたらい回し。 最後はエリアマネージャーとかいうコワイ人が出てきて恫喝されて解雇ではなく自己都合退社に追い込まれる。 当時は労基もやる気が無かったから相談しても適当にあしらわれて会社はお咎め無しでした。 かなり問題起こしてるのにまだ存続してるのが謎。
