ア	アットマークすすむ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチにやって来たのは野田屋町の中華一番さん。西川より一本東側の裏通りになります、岡山駅からは少し離れていますので、昼間でも人通りは少ないです。”ラーメン・焼飯”と大きく書かれた赤い日除け看板が目立つ外観です。店内はカウンター席だけの構成になります、厨房向きと壁向きのカウンターに分かれます。シンプルな丸椅子とコンクリート床が昭和の風情を感じさせます！ラーメン定食（650円）を注文、待つこと６～７分でラーメン着丼です。スープは鶏ガラ醤油で若干甘口仕様、優しい味わいです。麺は黄色味が強く、表面ツルツルです。この麺の特性なのかもしれませんが、コシが全くありません^^;　茹で加減云々とは違う軟らかさですね！薄く脂身のないチャーシュー２枚・シナチク・青葱の具材になります。少し遅れて焼飯登場、小さい器にこんもり盛られています。表面に焦げ目のある醤油味、本格的な味わいではなく家庭焼きめしの印象です。ラーメンとセットであれば適度な量だと思います。創業43年の女将さんが裏路地で営まれる老舗中華、昭和40年台岡山駅近隣の隆盛時代を色々教えていただきました。末永く此の地で頑張って頂きたいですね。 I came to Lunch for Noichiya-cho Chinese first.
