K	Kazuhiko Nishimoto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 晩酌で訪問しました。きゅうりとみょうがの浅漬は、ミョウガの爽やかさの中に、唐辛子のヒリリとした辛さがアクセントになっています。四川風麻婆豆腐は、豆腐とシッカリと下味が付いた挽き肉が印象的です。口の中で混ざり合い、タンパクな味からガッツリとした肉々しさに味が変化するのが楽しいです。吉和産葉わさびは、スーと鼻に抜ける辛さがたまらないです。お好み焼（肉玉辛そば）は、半熟卵のまろやかさの後から、辛そばが舌とくちびるに刺激を与えてくれて、とても美味しいです。 I visited with a drink. Lightly pickled cucumber and myoga are accented with the freshness of ginger and the tingling spiciness of chili peppers. Sichuan-style mapo tofu is impressive with minced meat with tofu, crispness and seasoning. It is fun to mix in the mouth and change the taste from a protein taste to a crunchy meat. Yoshiwa leaf wasabi is irresistible for its spiciness that slips through your nose. A	Akr Smy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 出張時に連れて行っていただきました。 18時の開店と共に入店。料理はどれも美味しく、その日のおすすめは各地から仕入れられた食材が並んでいました。テーブル席だったので焼き物を目の前では見れませんでしたが、写真撮らせてもらえました。特に気に入ったのはきゅうりと茗荷の浅漬けと新玉ねぎステーキとお好み焼きでした。お好み焼きは本場で食べるとこんなに美味しいのかと感動しました。 2人の店員さんもとても気さくで楽しい時間が過ごせました。ごちそうさまでした。また行きたいですね。 I took you on a business trip. J	Joanna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been there two times. Each time I loved it. If you want to eat famous Hiroshima's okonomiyaki, I recommend this place. The chief know what he's doing. And if you sit at the "bar", you will see how professionally he prepares food (not only okonomiyaki). But to be honest, food was good, but I liked this place because of the staff. They are so nice and friendly (and have so damn good music taste, cause if you go there you will hear all of the "Man with the Mission" songs). So... Food is good. Place is nice and clean. Stuff is friendly. Nothing more needed.

The owner/chef works magic on the teppan grill and served up a wide range of absolute delicious dishes. People rave about the meat and seafood here, and rightfully so, but there are some incredible vegetable dishes on the menu too.

Omg.. soo good??Everything is literally soo good! It’s located near A-bomb so please come visit them if you’re around Hiroshima!???
