★ ★ ★ ★ ★ これぞ、広島ローカルお好み焼き！お好み村のような観光施設に疑問を感じる方は、ここに来ましょう。入る前から、のれん良し、店名良し、ロケーション（路面電車から近い）良し。入ってみると、大画面のテレビを見ながら地元の方がゆっくりビールを飲んでいる。自分をつられてビールを注文。ゆっくり自分のお好み焼きができる様子をツマミに飲む。お好み焼きは、余計な味付けのない、素材の旨味を感じられる逸品。これだ、わざわざ遠くから来て食べるべきなのは、これだ… と思っていたら、あっという間に完食。

蔓延防止期間中だったのですが、対策もしていて、接客も親切丁寧で、この道長いであろう慣れた手つきでお好み焼きを作ってくださいました。
オススメはスペシャル1300円

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simple okonomiyaki restaurant run by two cute elderly women. They don’t speak English, but they have an English menu. There’s tables or a counter with the grill. It’s a good home cooked style meal and my parents, who had never had okonomiyaki before, loved it.
