 It is located in the stone wall of the Higashi Ichinomon monzeki that runs from the main enclosure to the Ninomaru. It was so big that I knew it immediately.

It is near the East Gate exit. Please note that some stones are easy to make mistakes when entering from the main gate.

ここも黒田長政の管轄だが加藤清正の功績にされてることから後世の人がネームバリューのある地元武将の清正の名をつけたんだろう。
Kiyomasa Kato is famous for the anecdote of exterminating Korean tigers, but it seems to be an anecdote of a vassal of Nagamasa Kuroda.
This is also under the jurisdiction of Nagamasa Kuroda, but since it was credited to Kiyomasa Kato, posterity probably named it Kiyomasa, a local military commander with a name value.
