★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 物件の内見で相手が指定した時間に行ったにも関わらず、車の手配が無いどころか物件に電車で行かされ（もちろん、こちらだけで行かされ誰も店舗の人間はついてこない）、かつ、ダブルブッキングしていたようで、物件も見れない有様。そして、挙句は別の物件をと言い出す始末。店長代理が直々の対応がこれとはなかなかすごいところです。個人的には二度と使おうとは思いません。

物件情報も嘘がある。
作業場が近い物件があり、騒音が気になる旨を伝えたら始業時間が遅いので朝気になることはないと回答されたが実際には七時頃から作業を開始しており朝からかなりうるさい。
幸いここでは部屋を選ばなかったが勧められた通りに決めていたらかなり苦痛だったと思う。

相場感が知りたくて様子見のつもりで来店。
最初にその旨を伝えたにも関わらず、話が酢進めば進むほど「今決めろ」と圧力をかけてくる。
こちらが出す条件が厳しいものだと鼻で笑われ、「それよりこういうのはどうですか？」と検討すらしてくれない。
改めて今回は様子見だけだと伝えても、「こっちは何時間も付き合ったのにですか？」と脅迫してくる始末。
あげく、帰ろうとすると次回来店日の予約を無理矢理させられました。（何度も断ったのですが…）
後日他のお店に行って丁寧に選んでいただきました。
最初に書きましたが、本当に最低な思いをしました。

…ただなんとなく、はたから見てて、あまり良ろしくない接客態度の人もいる雰囲気でした。やる気あんのか？ と言いたくなる感じ。だからまあ、本当当たり外れはあると思います。自分の場合はとても良い方だったので、評価は良いですね。

自分が同じことを何度も確認しても嫌な顔をせずに何度も答えてくれたし、メールでのやり取りも、自分がやり取りをした不動産の中で一番連絡が早かった。
何も嫌な思いをせずに部屋を借りることが出来たので自分としては満足のいく会社だった。
