★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 対応はメチャ良いんだけど、数件会社で借りた横須賀の物件が電気の玉は切れてたりウォシュレットが壊れてたり掃除は全く出来てなかったりで残念な感じです。
The response is very good, but it's a shame that the Yokosuka property I rented from several companies has run out of electric balls, the washlet is broken, and cleaning is not possible at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't treat foreign people nicely. And they are very confused while dealing with foreign people in English. And once you book the apartment they are not that much friendly to answer your queries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I know it must be a difficult job, but I had a terrible experience with two of the staff members. There was an internal communication problem which was blamed on me at first. Once it was resolved I received a very cold apology. The person who helped me looked angry the entire time we interacted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a foreigner friendly place to rent an apartment. The company is good but this office has some issues. Often try to rate an expensive rate compared to other places.
Plus the foreigner support staff doesn’t treat people friendly. (Very rude)
