榎	榎本高明 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本日の食べ歩きは佐野市の森田屋北茂呂店にてランチを頂きます。お店に11時20分に到着しました。近くのラーメン百名店は雨の中大行列ですよ(^_^;)あはは。此方のお店は私が一番乗りかな？入店しテーブル席に着座。メニューの中からランチ(ラーメン並盛、餃子3個)750円を注文です！(麺の茹で方は硬め又は軟かめを選べます。)料理を待つ事10分で先にラーメンの提供です。早速頂きます。チャーシュー2枚、メンマ、ネギの具材です。スープは鶏ガラベースで豚等の動物系醤油味。調度良い塩加減で優しい味付けです。麺は手打ち縮れ中細麺。喉越しが良いですね。チャーシューは軟らかいですが脂身が多めでした。次に餃子を頂きます。3個の焼き餃子でモチモチの食感。噛み締めると肉汁が溢れます。ご馳走様でした。750円とコスパの良い内容で満足しました。行列を待たずにゆっくりと食事が出来ました。 Today's eating walk will have lunch at Moritaya Kitamoro store in Sano city. Some dumplings are not available at the main store. Ramen is mochiron, but dumplings are also delicious. I haven't been there for over a year due to the self-restraint of Corona. 省	省吾de浜田 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ まだ午後16時半過ぎと言う中途半端な時間もあり暖簾の出ていたこちら佐野ラーメンの森田屋北茂呂店へ初訪問。先客無しの様子。「コンツハ〜！」と店に入ると店主さんは「え！？何か？」とちょっと驚いている。「営業してるんですよね？」とあらためて確認して「あ〜どうぞどうぞ」となりました。もしかして暖簾の仕舞い忘れだったのかな？笑ラーメン 680円透明感のあるスープはあっさりとしたカエシの塩梅に動物系の旨味がじわりとくる美味いやつ。チャーシューは脂身部分がトロっとなりホロトロで旨し。主に中太な手打ち麺は柔めのモッチリ感の老舗の味だ。こちらもモッチリとした皮に包まれた餃子。これも美味かった。 I visited the Moritaya Kitamoro store of Sano ramen for the first time, because there was a halfway time after 16:30 pm and there was noren. T	T EKKEN on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021年5月27日(木)12時40分訪問。先客は１名でした。チャーシューランチ(ﾁｬｰｼｭｰﾒﾝと餃子3個)を注文。お店の方より麺固めにしますかと聞かれたので固めでとお願いしました。注文から着丼まで１６分でした。 ①チャーシューメン・スープは濁っていますが香りよく、コクもあり美味しい。・手打ち麺は自分にはちょうど良い方さでコシがありスープも絡み美味しい。・チャーシューは自分にはちょっと味が濃いかと感じました。 ②餃子・皮、餡ともにバランスよく美味しい。平日はランチがお得です。ご馳走様でした。 Visited at 12:40 on Thursday, May 27, 2021. さ	さと on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 佐野ラーメンが食べたくて有名店を回るも、どこも恐ろしい行列で食べるのを諦めかけた時に見つけましたあまり良くない口コミもあり不安でしたが、全然美味しい！有名店ほどの行列は待って食べたら期待値上がりすぎて二度と行きたくなくなる人間なので、このお店はそれなりにお客もいるのに入れる最高です老夫婦2人でやっているっぽいので提供はあまり早くないですまた、たぶん勘でやってるのでチャーシューの厚さにばらつきもありましたお店は古いですがしっかりと手入れをしているので汚さは感じませんでしたただ、友人とスープの濃さがちょっと違ったのでちょっとした運は必要かもです笑近所にあったらサクッと通いたいですね I found Sano ramen when I went around famous restaurants because I wanted to eat it, but I was about to give up eating in a terrifying procession.
