池	池田和也 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 券売機制のお店ですね。オープンカウンターとテーブル席が数卓のお店。オーダーは「担々チャーシュー麺」赤いスープの表面に水菜の緑と白髪ネギの白が映えますね。そして中央に煮込んだ肉と筍、しぐれ煮みたいなものが乗っています。スープは思いの外辛くない。少しの辛味と旨味とかすかな甘味。しぐれ煮のようなものが食べてみると結構甘めの甘辛。チャーシューも柔らかで旨い。麺は少しウェーブのかかった、やや平たさもある中麺で、スープが絡んでおいしい。挽き肉が最後まで掬って食べられるスプーンが常備してあるのも嬉しいです。最後までおいしくいただきました。ウマ辛という感じで良かった。 It's a ticket vending machine system.
