もやし炒めは、早くに行っても売り切れている。
折角美味しいのに、営業自体は残念です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 長岡に行った時には、必ずと言ってもいい程訪れるお店です。特中華は、豚骨鶏ガラ鰹節のトリプル出汁でこってり好きにはたまりません。いつも安定した美味しさです。他には辛つけ麺がオススメで、こちらも出汁と辛味の効いたスープに、モチモチの麺が絶妙で見逃せない一品です。
Whenever I go to Nagaoka, I almost always visit this shop. Toku-Chinese is a triple soup stock of pork bone chicken bonito flakes and is irresistible for lovers. It is always stable and delicious. We also recommend spicy noodles, which are also a dish that you can't miss because the soup stock and spicy soup are exquisite and the chewy noodles are exquisite.

店主一人で切り盛りしているお店なので混んでいるときは少々時間がかかるときもありますが、基本は待たずにスムーズにお料理でてきます
つけ麺おしなので、つけ麺を注文しがちですが、あつもりも選べるのが嬉しいです
鶏ガラベースが基本ですが、豚骨も選べます
先日寄ったときには、コロナウイルス対策で、席を大幅に減らしたり、お会計も接触減らしたりとしっかりとした対策をとられていました
ふいに立ち寄りたくなるラーメン屋さんです

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 水曜日のお昼時でお休みのお店が多いのかな？どこに行っても待ち状態です。こんな時は醤丸が・・・と思って久々に来店してみました。
不思議と何時も空いています。今日も先客が2組程で、ほぼ貸し切り状態です。
毎度の特選塩そばを注文、空いているせいですぐに着丼。豚骨ベースなのか白っぽいスープに細麺のストレート麺、チャーシューにシナチク、煮卵、のり、ネギに水菜・・・
水菜が効いているな～、いつもどおり美味しく頂きました。私的には好みで高評価を与えられるお店ですが、どうして何時も空いているのかな？沢山のお店が現れては消える昨今のラーメン屋さん、消えて欲しくないお店です！また行くからガンバってね！

I had pork bone ramen at Negi tp. It's not light, but it's refreshing and rich. I like this taste. Thank you for the meal.
