★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お客様は、まだいらしゃったのですが午後２時近く訪問すると店員の方が、テーブルも動かしソファー席のソファーも外して汚れや落とし物を見ながら清掃していました。平日でしたが、この時間に私の直ぐ後４人程入って来るほどで人気は有ります。あっさり系がお好きな方には宜しいかと写真は濱之家スペシャル900円個人的にはもう少しボリュームが欲しい。別途チャーハンを頼んで丁度良かった。大盛りにしてもよかったかな
駐車場は６～7台位はとめられますが混んでるときは近くにイオン長岡があるので其方も使って良いかも

新潟で初めて食べた家系ラーメンです。
新潟ではあまり無い家系ラーメンですが、
私が食べた家系ラーメンで
杉田家、武蔵家などと比べたら、
醤油味は少し欠ける気がしました。
こちらはマイルドで甘めな家系ラーメンで
これはこれで美味しい家系ラーメンと思います。
ラーメン・調整は味普通、麺硬め、油多め。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 長岡で家系はやっぱりここですね！基本的なのは他と変わり有りませんが、スープは若干他よりは濃いめというかドロっとしたような感じで麺に絡んで美味しいです！

ちゃ飯も200円でこのボリュームは注文マストですね
I ate tonkotsu ramen, but it was very greasy and delicious. The pork bones around here are by far the best.
Cha rice is also 200 yen and this volume is a must-order

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ネバーランドを激辛の方で頂きました。食券機が✖️になってたので事前予約が必要なのかな？と思いきやメキシコで買って申告すれば昇格出来るとの事です。ドロッとしたトロミスープにも豚骨を感じる濃厚な一杯です。辛さも唐辛子系の単一では半端ないレベルです！恐らく唐辛子単一系では新潟でも1位2位を争う辛さのクオリティですね。激辛ﾌｧｲﾀｰなら必食マストです！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ラーメン梅干、いただきました。家系と梅干の合体です。混ぜると少し両方のしょっぱさが強すぎる感じもしましたが、これは納得できるかも。大きな種子の高級梅?!な感じです。
I had ramen umeboshi. It is a combination of family and umeboshi. I felt that the saltiness of both was a little too strong when mixed, but this may be convincing. It's like a high-class plum with big seeds ?!
