青山通りから一本入っており、さらにビルの合間の奥なので、少しわかりにくいですが、若い女の子を中心にお店はほぼ満席。
パンケーキが有名なのか、ランチタイムでありながらほとんどの女子はパンケーキを食べている。
私はランチのコロッケ定食を頼んで、女子達に挟まれながら待っていると、独立して2名掛けが空き、店員さんが、気を利かして移動させてくれました。
抜群のホスピタリティーですね。
コロッケは根菜、豆類(小豆？)などを高野豆腐の衣で揚げてあり、この衣が美味しかった！
もちろん、中身も、じゃがいもと豆乳のスープも美味しかったです。

Most girls eat pancakes at lunchtime, because they are famous for pancakes.
I asked for a croquette set meal for lunch and waited while being sandwiched by girls, two people were vacant independently, and the clerk moved me with care.
It is excellent hospitality.
The croquettes are fried with root vegetables, legumes (red beans?), Etc. in Koya Tofu batter, and this batter was delicious!
Of course, the contents and the potato and soy milk soup were also delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ おしゃれな空間で、落ち着いた雰囲気です。抹茶のパンケーキが食べたくてうかがいました。フワフワ系を求めていたのですが、パンケーキはちょっと硬めでどら焼きのような感じ。でも餡とクリームで美味しかったです！

ふんわりしていて軽い食感で美味しかったです。
優しい味って良いですよね。
セットのコーヒーも美味しかったです！

やっと来ることが出来ました!
お店は門の少し奥まった所にありちょっと分かりづらかったです。
開店直後と平日ということもあり、お客さんは居なくて貸し切り状態(笑)
その為最初店員さんに気がついてもらえず(苦笑)
だけどおかげでゆっくり念願のクリームブリュレパンケーキをいただきました?
上はサクッと中はふんわりクリームぎっしり、生地は意外としっかりとしています。
甘すぎ無いカスタードと少し冷たい生地が相まってとっても美味しかったです！
ただ今外が工事中なのでかなりうるさかったですが?
お店は文句なしです。

But thanks slowly I received the cream brulee pancake I longed for
The top is crisp and the inside is soft and creamy, and the dough is surprisingly solid.
The custard that was not too sweet and the slightly cold dough were very delicious!
It was quite noisy because the outside is still under construction.
There is no complaint in the store.

素材にこだわっているのがいいな思って木と水の土とをチョイス。
インスタの写真がかわいくて最後までパフェかパンケーキか悩みましたが、期間限定のピーチのパフェがなかったので人気no1パンケーキであるクリームブリュレのパンケーキにしました。
コーヒーカップがラルゴなのでコーヒーはラルゴのものを使用していると推測。
甘いパンケーキにブラックコーヒーが合います〜。
パンケーキってオーダーしてからくるのが遅いイメージなのですが、この日、私が入ったときには私含めて2組しかいなかったので出てくるのが早かったです。
表面はカリサクッでクリームは甘さ控えめ。
甘いものは比較的お腹にたっぷり入るほうですが、かなりお腹が満たされました。
夏限定のくまのかき氷もかわいくて食べているのを見かけましたが大きかったです。
コロナで1時30分制なのですが、帰るころには席が満席で外に2組からいならんでいました。

I was worried about the parfait or pancake until the end because the picture of Insta was cute, but I didn't have a peach parfait for a limited time, so I decided to use cream brulee pancake, which is a popular no1 pancake.
Since the coffee cup is Largo, I guess I'm using Largo coffee.
Black coffee goes well with sweet pancakes.
I think it's late to order pancakes, but when I came in this day, there were only two pairs including myself, so it came out early.
The surface is crispy and the cream has a mild sweetness.
The sweet ones are relatively full in my stomach, but I'm quite satisfied.
I also saw the bear-shaved ice, which is only available in summer, being cute, but it was great.
It was 1:30 in Corona, but by the time I got home, the seats were full and I was out of two groups.
