Kim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 行列にもなってないのに、クレープ頼んだら１５分以上待たされました。。スタッフ一人がチラシ見ながら作ってたけど新人さんなのか作業遅いし、ほかに3人以上スタッフいるのに誰一人助けてなくて不思議でした。二人がかりでちまちまチラシ折る必要もよく分からない。不慣れなスタッフを助けてあげる優しさもないんだなと思いましたクレープ生地も焼かれすぎで、全面茶色でどら焼きかよと思いました。 Even though I wasn't in line, I had to wait for more than 15 minutes when I asked for a crepe. .. n	nomo hukuya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 順番通り並んでいたら中年夫婦に横入りされ、私の方が先に応対されるのを待っていました。しかし店員さんは中年夫婦を優先して注文を受けていました。順番待ちしている人は、私の前に並んでいた男性と私と中年夫婦だけでした。長蛇の列なら間違ったのかなっと理解できますが、流石に３組だけでこの間違えはおかしいなと思いました。また店員さんも若い女性２人で１人は仕事をしていましたが、１人は暇そうに手を眺めたりケース内をボーっと見ていました。私は結局ここでは購入せず中野早稲田通り店で商品を購入しました。中野早稲田通り店は並んでいても順番通りに案内してくれ、接客レベルも一人一人高い店でした。こんな渋谷マークシティ店のような業務レベルが低い店舗は初めてです。基本の研修からやり直して真っ当な店舗になって下さい。 When I was lined up in order, I was sneaked into a middle-aged couple and waited for me to be treated first. I didn't buy it here after all, but bought it at the Nakano Waseda-dori store. Even if the Nakano Waseda-dori store was lined up, they guided us in order, and the level of customer service was high for each person. This is the first store with a low business level like the Shibuya Mark City store. Please start over from the basic training and become a proper store.

あ	あやぺがはく on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ マークシティ内にあるこちらの店舗。お店の前、エスカレーター横に椅子があるのと、イートインもあります。イートインは、電源もあり！ 4階にあるからか、あまり混んでいるイメージはなく、渋谷のど真ん中であっても、とても落ち着いていて利用しやすいです。土曜日に利用しましたが、すんなり利用でき、かつ、座れました。 1人でも利用しやすい店舗です。 This store in Mark City.
