ワ	ワンわん子 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先月の終わりに利用させてもらいました。ケーキは可愛らしく、美味しく頂きました。しかし、お店ではなく配送車のミスかもしれませんが、届いた際ケーキが土台の中心からズレていました。写真を撮る際などにとても気になってしまいました。何が原因か分かりませんがよければ確認してもらえたらありがたいです。また利用したいと思います。 I used it at the end of last month. 山	山田花子 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ セミオーダーで5号サイズのケーキを当日店頭受け取りで初めて注文しました。有料の保冷バックなら1時間半程は持ち運び可能とのことでしたので、予約していたホテルに持ち運び箱を開けました。(もちろん、慎重に運びましたし転んだりどこかにぶつけたり落としたりもしていません。) それにも関わらず箱を開けたら生クリームが土台から溶けていてケーキが斜めに傾いていてぐちゃぐちゃになっていました。大変ショックを受け電話させていただいたら作り直しで対応すると言われたので、指定された時間に再び店頭へ向かいケーキを受取りましたが、わざわざお店とホテルを往復する羽目になったのにも関わらずその際に特に謝罪もなかったですし、「土台から溶けてしまっているみたいなので電車の中の暖房で溶けたのかもしれません〜あはは〜」と軽い感じの口調で言われて非常に不快でした。作り直してやったんだからこれで解決したという考えなのでしょうか？今までも店頭受取でケーキを持ち帰るという経験はありますが、こんなにケーキが崩れている店は初めてでした。こちらも友人との約束の時間に限りがありましたのでそのあとの予定が狂いましたし、記念日なのに崩れたケーキを見て落ち込んで正直最悪な1日になりました。ケーキもそうですが、店員さんの客への接客態度が1番頭にきました。他の友人にも写真付きで今日の出来事を話したら、これはまず第一に返金レベルでしょと言われました。作り直していただいたので返金しろとは言いませんでしたが、返金してもらえばよかったなと思いました。もうこちらのお店でケーキを注文することは二度とないと思います。 I ordered a semi-ordered No. 5 size cake for the first time on the day of receipt at the store.
