n	na on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらの店舗を10月末に利用しました。その際、トーンダウンカラーということで元々水色のような髪色だったものを一時的に暗くしてほしいということでお願いして、そのうえで絶対に黒染めを入れないで欲しいと強く念押ししました。しかし、３ヶ月以上経った今でも髪の毛が真っ黒なままです。ありえないです。３ヶ月のうちに２回別の美容院に行きましたが、美容師さん2人にこれは100%黒染めを入れられていますね。と言われました。普通にショックだしあり得ないです。今後もいろいろなカラーをしたいから黒染めだけは入れるなと強く念押ししたのに話が通じなかったみたいです。返金しろとは言いませんがもし返金されても許せないくらい腹が立ちます。あんなに念押ししたのに勝手に黒染めを入れたこと、シャンプー後のドライが雑なこと、全てにおいて最悪です。二度とこの店舗とアースを利用することはありません。お客さんが黒染めを入れるなと言ってるのだから入れないのが当たり前です。この店の美容師は日本語が通じないみたいです。カラーの際は利用しない方が自分のためです。 I used this store at the end of October.
