★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 衝撃の味「さんまパン」や「焼さんま定食」が食べられます。さんまも女川名物です。「さんまパン」は焼さんまの焦げというか内臓の臭みだけを練り込んだ味です。見た目の可愛さに騙されましたが新感覚の味に目覚めるなら一度はオススメしたいです。
「焼さんま定食」は、地元の人にとってはいつもの味です。やや硬めに焼いてサンマの脂を抑えています。肉厚なワカメの小鉢は美味しかったです。
美味しい海鮮丼が食べられる市場なので優先度は低いですが、他の料理が品切れの時間帯なら試してみて良いかもしれません。ごく普通の味のお店です。

The priority is low because it is a market where you can eat delicious seafood bowls, but you may want to try it if other dishes are out of stock. It is a restaurant with a very normal taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 20.11.21訪問しました。秋刀魚を今年はほとんど食べていないので女川に来たら食べられるかもと淡い思いで来たら何と焼きさんまが置いてありました。内陸県の僕からすると肉厚でかなりいい秋刀魚でした。脂はサラッとしています。秋刀魚ないときはさんまパンがおすすめです。食べると秋刀魚の味がする不思議なパンです。

For me in the inland prefecture, it was a thick and pretty good saury. The fat is smooth. If you don't have autumn sword fish, we recommend saury bread. It is a mysterious bread that tastes like saury when eaten.

焼き魚やメンチカツ、コロッケなどの定食メインのお店で、お店も清潔感があります。セルフのお茶が美味しいのもうれしいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ メンチカツカレーを頂きましたが、カレーはレトルトっぽい感じがします。メンチカツ2個とサラダ、わかめスープが付いて780円ならそこそこだと思いますが、カレーライスより焼きさんま定食を食べた方が良さそうです。
I had Menchi-katsu curry, but the curry feels like retort. I think it's reasonable for 780 yen with 2 minced meat cutlets, salad and wakame soup, but it seems better to eat grilled saury set meal than curry rice.

わかめはうどんに入れても、そのまま食べてもよいと店員さんが話されていました。
わかめを売りにしているだけにシャキシャキでした美味。うどんもコシがあり鰹出汁がやさしい汁が美味しかったです。

20日も日持ちするし、いいお土産になりました。
でも全くこれっぽっちもサンマには見えません。味は、良く噛むと奥の方にサンマを感じる程度なので食べやすかったです。
レジカウンターに透明フィルターが下がっているので、お兄さんはもう少し声を張って話して欲しい。一生懸命説明してくれても聞き取れなくて何度も聞き返しました…。
