フ	フランク大雑把 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 牛タン麦とろ御膳を店内で頂いた。数量限定で無くなり次第販売終了となるらしい。価格は868円＋消費税。ご飯の増量・お代わりは無料で普通の白飯か麦飯かを選択できる。店内で食す場合、味噌汁は差額を払うならばしじみ汁・あさり汁・とん汁のいずれかに変更も可。味噌汁無しでのテイクアウトも可。テイクアウトの本体価格は味噌汁付きで店内で食す場合と同額だが、消費税率は軽減。まあ、吉野家だから牛タン専門店と比較するのは酷だ。そもそも価格設定が異なるし、吉野家なので汁物もテールスープではなく味噌汁だ。牛タンは塩焼きっぽい味でまあまあ。量もそこそこ。とろろ汁は薄味で好みによって醤油を足す感じなのはいいのだが、量が少ないと感じた。オクラはいらないんじゃないかと思っていたが、麦飯、とろろと混ぜて食べてみたら、オクラがいいアクセントになって、なかなか良かった。飯は麦飯を並盛で2杯、1杯目はとろろとオクラ、2杯目は牛タンで頂いたが、麦がふやけ過ぎ。もっと麦の歯触りがしっかりしていたほうが良かったと思う。 We had beef tongue and roast gozen inside. The amount is reasonable. It is good that the grated yam soup is light and that you add soy sauce depending on your taste, but I felt that the amount was small. I thought I wouldn't need okra, but when I mixed it with barley rice and grated yam, okra was a nice accent and it was pretty good. As for the rice, I had two tablespoons of barley rice, the first one was Tororo and okra, and the second one was beef tongue, but the wheat was too soft. I think it would have been better if the texture of wheat was more solid.
