The restaurant itself is clean and the service was great. English menus were provided. The pudding was absolutely delicious; perfect amount of sweetness. I would definitely visit again.

We waited around 15 minutes for a table, the staff were efficient, and overall: an absolute must if you're visiting the Golden Pavilion.

Might have to wait for a while as it can get a little crowded.Food was super super unbelievable awesome!!! 100000% recommend this place! If you don’t come here, you’re missing out,Big time. The tempura is the best!!! It’s so delicious! :) Best tempura I’ve ever eaten.
N	Nirmal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this pace after a walk around Kinkaku-ji. Tried the curry udon but thought it was a really good one I’ve tried so far. Some how not had much remarkable curry udons in Tokyo but this one was exceptional. Curry broth was perfectly savoury and salty to my liking and the toriten was so crispy and light. There was a bit a line outside. But would definitely recommend to grab a bite here before sight seeing since we didn’t find any place around there that caught our eye.
