★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらのお店にて食事を楽しむのはわずか数回だけですが、料理の頭から最後までいつも楽しまさせていただいております。
京都の食事の楽しみは、河原町の焼き鳥屋、洋食屋、わらび餅、塩大福、京都ホテルの造形様々なものがあります。
和食ではこちら様は筆頭格となります。
こういった店では他人の評価より、実際に出来ればカウンターに座り、所作から会話から、盛り付け、味付けを楽しんでみてください。
包丁捌き一つから美味しいオーラを感じれるかもしれません。
個人的には、日本酒のチョイスがもう少し僕寄りなら嬉しいのですが…。京都のお酒はそれはそれで美味しいのですがこちら様の料理にはもう少し透明感のあるもの合わせて楽しみたいと思うのです。
おせちも大変楽しめるものです。
一度お買い求めになることをお勧めします。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつ訪れても感動するお料理をいただけます。特に、冬場はお魚が美味しく、上品な味付けでついお酒が進んでしまいます。
いつも日本酒を紹介をしていただきますが、どれをいただいても美味しいです。飲みやすく、旨みの強いお酒が多い印象です。
お店も落ち着いた雰囲気で、ご亭主の人柄も良く、京都の和食でコースをいただくなら一番好きなお店です。
You can enjoy dishes that will impress you whenever you visit. Especially in winter, the fish are delicious, and the refined seasoning makes the sake go on.
I always introduce sake, but it's delicious no matter what you get. The impression is that there are many alcoholic beverages that are easy to drink and have a strong umami taste.
