★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 四条烏丸から歩いて5分くらいのところにある「燻」さん。
町家を改装したかのような佇まいのお店。とてもオシャレで店内も清潔感があります。
料理は燻製がメインでどれも美味しく程よい燻製特有の香りがお酒好きにはたまらない。
個人的には明太子の燻製と金目鯛の一夜干しが印象に残っている。
意外とと言ってはアレだがサラダも美味しい。
今回は注文しなかったが「燻製 パンケーキ」と言うメニューがありとても気になりました。
まだまだ、食べてみたいメニューがたくさんあったので、また行きたいと思います。
 "Smoked" is about 5 minutes on foot from Shijo Karasuma.
A shop that looks like a renovated townhouse. The shop is very fashionable and there is a sense of cleanliness inside.
The main dishes are smoked, and all of them are delicious and moderately smoked.
Personally, the smoked mentaiko and dried overnight bream are impressive.
It's surprising, but the salad is also delicious.
I did not order this time, but there was a menu called "Smoked @ Pancake" and I was very worried.
There are still many menus I want to eat, so I want to go again.

Good place for a quiet evening. Nice decor and jazzy muzak. Counter seat is great place to watch the chef go about the food preparations.
Laphroaig 10 years is available to complete the smokey theme. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it's a nice and cozy place with a relaxed atmosphere. We sat by the counter and were able to watch the chefs in action that added a lot to the overall experience. the food was delicious and well thought out. Among others we tried out the fish hampen that had a texture I've only tasted in marshmellows - truly crazy yet very delicious! I can highly recommend this place!
