いくつかのワインが試飲出来るので、試飲をさせて頂きました。
その後、店主の男性の方に、ちょっと相談して1本購入してみました。食事後、ホテルで飲みました。
翌日、時間が出来たので、再度訪問。昨日のワインについて、好みではない部分を説明し、好みや希望を再度詳細にお伝えしたら、色々と選んで頂きました。
その日にホテルで飲むワイン1本と、自宅に送ってもらうワイン9本購入。
送ったワインはまだ1本しか飲んでませんが、期待しています。

I bought one bottle of wine to drink at the hotel and nine bottles of wine to be sent home at that day.
I have only drunk one bottle of wine I have sent, but I am expecting it.

毎年、こちらのワインをプレゼントしてくれる方がいて…いつも美味しくいただいています。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日本人の舌で選んだ日本の食文化にマッチするワインーマキコレワインを売っている京都で唯一のお店です。
マキコレワインは酸化防止剤を必要最低限まで減らして他の添加物を加えていないので、頭が痛くなったり、ほとんど悪酔いしません。
家内がワインを飲むたびに頭が痛いと言っていたのですが、ここのワインを飲み出してから嘘のように頭痛が無くなりました。
普通のワインには、亜硫酸塩や色出し、香り出し酵母など、様々な添加物がはいっているそうで、それが二日酔いの原因にもなっているのだとか。
オーナーの人柄がとても良く、いつも気さくにワインの話をしてくれます。そのためひっきりなしにワイン好きのお客さんが入ってきては入れ替わっています。
ここのワインに感動して飲食店を立ち上げた方もいらっしゃるとか。
価格やワインが美味しいかどうかという評価軸だけだったのが、ここでオーガニックかどうかという新たな評価軸を得ました。
好きなワインの銘柄をいくつか覚えてオーナーに相談にいくと、オススメのワインを出してくれますよ！
