It is a treasure. It is recommended that you visit here as well if you have visited Uesugi Kamisugi Shrine. In particular, those who love history who felt that they were lacking at the adjacent Uesugi Museum are even more so. You can see the real beauty of the scenic beauty and beauty, and there are many important cultural assets such as precious Japanese swords and letters.

It is a treasure house attached to Uesugi Shrine. The famous "love" helmet is on display. The exhibits seem to change considerably, probably because the space is not large. I couldn't worship Kenshin Uesugi's white hood this time.

The armor of love is not currently on display. The exhibition has been suspended for a long time. It will be exhibited in Gunma in August.

There was! A helmet with a standing "love" of Kanetsugu Naoe, who is so famous! .. It seems that it was taken from his revered Atago Gongen. However, at that time, "love" did not have the meaning of "Love" as it is now, but it was a Buddhist term such as "love and hate" and "love", and it was not a very good meaning because it meant being caught and obsessed with things. Given that, in modern times it would be like wearing a hat embroidered with "greed" in front of the public. Kanetsugu will continue to be a very strange guy. (Lol) The modeling of another armor of Kanetsu, which was displayed together, is ridiculously unique. The standing helmet can only be seen as a composition in which two bats cross and support the baseball ball on the forehead (laughs). I'm sorry I can't show you because shooting is prohibited. Of course, this is not an out-of-place, the ball symbolizes the sun ring and the bat symbolizes the paddle (oar), and it was a common motif at that time. If I saw Mr. Kanetsugu wearing this helmet in the city, I would say, "No, I'm enthusiastic about today's support, by the way, are you going to Doko's stadium?" (Lol)
