An excellent work that expresses the sum designed by Hiroshi Hiroe! Please look at architecture by all means while being attractive as a museum of tile!

If you are interested in roof tiles, please. However, since it is 300 yen, it is just right if you do not expect too much. We also recommend walking along the Hachimanbori in the backyard to the Hachiman Shrine.

It was more interesting than I imagined To be honest, I didn't expect anything about the tiles of the world and how to make it in the Edo period, but it was interesting enough considering the price. However, it is a star 4 because it probably contains the impression of the emergency claw tooth branch work. I think that you can enjoy about 30 minutes plus α for 300 yen for adults

How many roof tiles were used in the world? There are specialties of roof tiles in various parts of Japan. This is an introduction facility for those tiles.

I couldn't see inside because it was Monday, but I was able to walk around the building and enjoyed it a lot. There is Hatchobori right next to it, so you can walk along the river and enjoy the patterns that emerge from the embedded roof tiles. Mosaic And if you like the texture of stones, you can enjoy it. The ground has uneven roof tiles, so elderly people should be careful about their feet when walking. I think strollers are hard to push. If you walk around the hall like a treasure hunt, even small children can fully enjoy it. The admission fee is 300 yen for adults and 200 yen for elementary and junior high school students, so I think it's cheap for a facility that you can enjoy with all five senses.

Great place for people who want to know about roof tiles. History of production, real old tiles are on display. Onikawara and other nice things made from original material can be purchased. If got myself two marvelous Onikawara for display in my house. Highly recommended.

Costs 300 yen to enter and is actually more interesting than expected. No photography allowed inside though. Think of this as the decorative pieces on a roof than normal tiles
